Questions
Do my clients need to create an account?
No. They get a private link by email. The link only works for that request, and you can close the request at any time.
How are files protected?
Files are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, stored with randomized private names, and only downloadable by your team through short-lived signed links. Every organization's data is isolated.
What can clients upload?
PDFs, photos (including iPhone HEIC), Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV, text and ZIP files up to 50 MB each.
What does the AI check look at?
It compares the uploaded PDF or image with what you asked for — document type, period and readability — and flags likely mistakes. It never blocks an upload, and it does not repeat personal identifiers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings in two clicks; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to the Free plan.
Who handles payments and taxes?
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, which handles card security, sales tax and VAT for your country.
